I’ve been using the face kit for almost two weeks. I can already tell a difference in my skin. It’s brighter. My hyperpigmentation has almost gone. And my skin feels less dry, but not greasy.

They accidentally shipped the wrong…
They accidentally shipped the wrong product but allowed me to keep that item (which was something I had been wanting to try at some point anyway) and sent the correct one right away.

Products look and free natural
Products look and free natural and organic. They feel nice on your skin and do give you a glow! Not sure if what they claim is true as I’ve only just started using it. Fingers crossed they improve my skin 🤞

LOVE their Haircare Products & Customer Service
I came across Froya, I believe through Instagram, and the appeal spoke to me immediately - clean ingredients, fun and thought provoking & informative marketing. Mostly I am in awe of the results I get from their Magic Revive Hair & Scalp Shampoo. What is does for body and shine is tell tale from the fact that I get people stopping me to ask me where I get my hair done. I also use and enjoy their Thickening & Growth Rosemary Spray & Hyper Potent Hair Growth Serum (I only use the night before a hair wash day, as it is an oil, but it absorbs nicely and does not leave residue on my silk pillow covers. I have not yet deeply explored their skin care products, but did purchase the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm. Definitely note-worthy. I even use the balm during the day for a skin barrier hydration boost and on my cuticles before sleep. So very happy to have discovered Froya! Oh, and let me not forget to mention their wonderful customer service. One of the shampoo bottles I purchased had a faulty pump and Froya went out of their way to resolve the matter for me. SS.

Excellent Customer Service
I received the wrong product and reached out to customer service about the mistake. I had a response within 24hours and the Froya team was already working on getting the correct product sent to me and that I didn't need to return the initial shipment. I appreciate their excellent customer service and I look forward to try both of the Froya products. Laura Usher
