Plots krijg ik een mail dat mijn order…
Plots krijg ik een mail dat mijn order bevestigd is terwijl ik niets besteld heb. Direct via mail contact opgenomen. Nog steeds geen antwoordt. Ondertussen krijg ik een mail dat de bestelling onderweg is. Je kan niet bellen alleen sturen naar 1 mailadres. Op deze manier werken vindt ik schandalig. Alsook heb ik plots een super droge huid gekregen en precies een lichte allergische reactie op iets. Zijn zo kleine bulbeltjes over mijn huid.

Not made for everyone
I've been on the mature set line for a month. Too greasy, it's a heavy tallow cream used even using a small amount as directed. The worst is the turmeric color that literally stays on your skin. I look jaundice. Not using it anymore, don't see any results. I reached out to Froya at their website and got a response. They were sorry to hear about my experience and offered to credit me or apply a one time guarantee offer. Glad they reached out and stood by the consumer. Not all products work for all.

Products might be fine, but subscription model is a scam,
Products might be fine, but the subscription model feels like a scam. the Company took another 120$ from my account just 2 weeks after I received my first order - I had no clue that this was a subscription service. trying to cancel You need to go through endless steps find the unsubscribe button ... Scam by design!

AI generated customer service with no human care
I ordered some products to test it and really enjoyed it. However, less than a month after my first order, they re-sent the same batch, charging me the full price for it (over 100 euros!). My jars were still full and I didn't intend to make another order yet. The customer service is made by AI and after some back and forth messages, today (more than 3 months later) there were no human capable of reviewing my case or finding a solution. I simply want a refund for something I didn't order... Very poor AI customer service!

Jeg har fået produkter som jeg ikke…
Jeg har fået produkter som jeg ikke brød mig om. Har bedt flere gange om at få mine data slettet. Hver gang er det en Ai robot jeg får svar fra. Der er trukket penge fra min konto, som jeg ikke har givet tilladelse til. Jeg ønsker heller ikke reklame. Firmaet vender ikke tilbage.
