I need to give this company five stars as I have been through a bit of a journey with them. Unfortunatly for me, I cannot use the day face cream and my skin just does not take to oils. However, I am very impressed by the ingredience and how the products are delivered. After having an issue with the subscription I reached out with some frustration, but I was met with a very friendly and professional mannor and I learnt that my negative initial responce was wrong and I made an apology. I was treated fairly and gracefully which not many people or companies do these days. I am very grateful for the help of the customer services and to remind people that they have the best intentions to help everyone and they are very passionate about the brand. I will certainly like to gift their products as they are amazing, potant and as close to natural as you can get. But thank you to the staff for their help and I hope more people discover them over the coming years.
