Quick and helpful response to a product enquiry
I was enquiring about crystals forming in the product and was quickly reassured that this is a normal occurrence. Anjelika was super helpful at providing a solution as well as additional information which was interesting and useful.

Leaky first shipment, excellent customer service
I had a problem when my first Froya delivery had leaked into the package it had came in. I contacted customer support and Ana K. took care of the problem and sent a new package which came with out problem. Thank you. Can't wait to try it out!

I just started using it a few weeks ago…
I just started using it a few weeks ago and so far I’m loving how it makes my skin feel. I’m glowing when I wake up. You only need a little. I like that. I appreciate clean beauty! I will continue with it for sure

I can genuinely say that I love their…
I can genuinely say that I love their products. At 56 I’ve been using their mature range for 9 months and living in a hot climate I’ve truly noticed the difference from water based moisturisers. I also get people asking me what I’ve been using especially if they have not seen me for a while. I’m very happy to endorse these products as a genuinely happy customer

I was having texture and breakout…
I was having texture and breakout issues at 49 that I had never experienced before. Using these products for approximately 7 days and my skin looks absolutely amazing. I am back!!!!!

Was very much looking forward to trying…
Was very much looking forward to trying this brand of products! After 6 weeks of use, however, my skin was still reacting negatively; itchy, breakouts, red, and flaky. I contacted customer service and was issued a full refund after sharing start date and ending date photos. The email exchange was timely and friendly. Products tried were, The Complete Apothecary for Face & Body. DEFFINENTLY worth trying though! They felt light and not greasy, scent was pleasant. My skin is just ridiculously sensitive to everything :(

I received the wrong item in a…
I received the wrong item in a shipment. When I contacted Customer Service, there was no hesitation in remedying the situation. The correct item was shipped (and it seemed expedited, though I'm not sure - it arrived quickly!) and I was told not to worry about the incorrect item - to keep it as a gift. Frøya has been a wonderful company to deal with! And their products feel so luxurious!
