Super help from AR, I asked the simplest question-how do you remove something from the cart. AR explained to push the bin icon..... I had simply missed the icon and had been looking for the word(s) Delete, Remove, Save for later or whatever.... and did NOT see the bin. I thanked AR but was so embarassed of missing such a simple thing and said I felt stupid, but AR completely re-assured me that I shouldn't feel bad, we just miss little things sometimes because we are looking at so many things at once. I sincerely felt better and greatly appreciated the help and encouragement. Blessings to your company and to Trustpilot for hiring kind people who can help us see the little things. : D

Update: I quickly received an email from Froya after contacting them directly with a copy of my Trustpilot review. They processed a full refund, no further questions asked. I appreciate their approach to a resolution. ______ Most disappointing skincare experience. I developed white heads on my nose and upper cheeks after using the products, as instructed, over a 6 week period. Under eye puffiness became more pronounced and the exfoliating powder left my skin covered in small red dots even though I used a light touch when I saw how coarse and rough the product was. I also found it disingenuous that the company tells you to give product time to work and see results, yet they bombard you with review requests shortly after the products are received. The window for returns is also much shorter than the period of time they say is needed to see results. I did not pay attention to that and when I realized the results were not as advertised, it was too late to return.

I received this product and absolutely loved the scent. It is fresh. A little bit goes a long way and it feels fantastic on your skin. Thank you

I love the products and use them every day. However I must not use them as fast as others so I needed to pause my subscription for a bit to catch up with my supply. The customer team helped me do this and I appreciate it.

I only use natural ingredients and I find these products to work exceptionally well to keep my skin feeling hydrated. I am using the day glow balm (which doesn't make you orange like some other review I read suggested. Thats preposturous. I'm as pale as they come) and the wrinkle eraser at night.

Love the product and will be back to order more, I just don’t use it fast enough for a subscription. I had cancelled my subscription last month, but for some reason it did not show and I was charged this month. I reached out to Froya support and they were extremely helpful, and resolved the issue and refunded the charge to my account. Very happy with both the product and the customer support!

Update: I wanted to update my previous review following my experience with Froya’s customer service. After raising my concerns, their team responded quickly and handled the situation professionally. They arranged a replacement without any hassle, and I’m happy to say the new products arrived in good condition and meet expectations. While my initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate how seriously this was taken and how efficiently it was resolved. Thank you to the team for making it right. All is left now is to see the beautiful results seen in the advertising 😊 I recently received my Froya order (#663612), which included the Magic Revive and Glow Day Balm and the Anti-Age and Insane Glow Day Balm. While I appreciate that these products are made with natural oils, both creams unfortunately have a strong, rancid smell that makes them impossible to use. Additionally, the Anti-Age balm arrived leaking, and it seems the products are not sealed securely. I have paid a fair amount of money for products that I clearly cannot use, and considering their price, I expected much better quality and packaging. I hope Froya can improve their sealing and quality control, as the formulations themselves seem promising, but in their current state they are not safe or practical to use.
