Hi Kara, Thank you for sharing your experience, we completely understand how concerning this situation must feel. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your order was successfully cancelled before shipment and the refund was issued from our side. We can also see that you’ve been provided with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), which is a unique transaction ID that allows your bank to locate the refund in their system. In some cases, refunds may briefly appear as pending and then temporarily disappear before being fully processed by the bank, which can understandably be confusing. With the ARN, your bank should be able to quickly trace and release the funds to your account. We truly understand how frustrating this experience can be, and we want to reassure you that we’re here to support you every step of the way.
