Customer service on point
I can’t comment on the products just yet as they are en route however, the customer service I received from JK when I struggled to activate the satisfaction guarantee was amazing. Very fast response and sorted the issue immediately. Customer service is sadly lacking in a lot of businesses nowadays so it’s refreshing and reassuring to find a company that actually cares about their customers. Thank you JK!

The products are lovely (feel nice
The products are lovely (feel nice, smell nice and I know will last ages as you only need a tiny amount) but honestly can’t say yet if they have made a huge difference. I’ve been using them for 2 months. One thing to be aware of when ordering is that it’s not obvious at all but they automatically put you on a subscription and so I had to contact customer services to cancel this order as I hadn’t agreed to go on a subscription plan. Customer services were helpful and able to sort this out but it’s good to make it super clear to customers as otherwise surprises happen and you feel like you’ve been forced into something you didn’t agree to.

my skin is starting to feel like it was…
my skin is starting to feel like it was when I was in my late 30's and 40's! It is a beautiful product and I love using it. Fine lines definitely diminishing. Thank you FROYA <3
