Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. I ordered the complete system for mature skin and the complete system for hair and scalp. So far I am very happy with the products but to soon to see results, I’m on my 3rd day using the products. I had an issue with the spray hair bottle and customer service was able to assist me and fix the issue in a timely manner. Thank you!

The product didn't work out for me
The product didn't work out for me. After 3 days use, I wanted to return. It's a nice product, but too heavy and greasy for my oily skin. The refund was only 60% of my purchase- their refund policy was not as straightforward as I would have liked. However, their customer service was very quick to respond and did get the refund in a timely manner.

Hey Amiee, thank you for taking the time to share this honest feedback. Totally understand that heavier balm formulas aren't for everyone, especially with oily skin. I'm glad our team was able to respond quickly and get your refund sorted. Soothing Like Cool Water on a Summer Evening
I have always had dry, sensitive skin and am currently experiencing increasingly bad rosacea flareups. Applying my new Froya products feels so soothing to my irritated skin; like diving into cool water on a summer evening!
