I had accidentally gotten a subscription, and they were very helpful guiding me through what i should do, and reassured me that i would get a refund, when the product was back in the warehouse. The only issue i had was the wait (a month), and that I myself felt the need to reach out. But when I did, it was confirmed almost immediately, that it was in fact back at the warehouse and they would refund me in a few days. They were super sweet about it, and I didn’t mind waiting. All in all, it was a good experience.
