I emailed Customer Services to find out how to postpone my next delivery. Within minutes, I received an email from Varinea with a link to my account and she also let me know she had already skipped my next order for me. I'm really happy with the excellent customer service and very pleased with how quickly everything was sorted. Thanks very much! AC

I loved many things about the product, however there was one unfortunate deal breaker so I requested a refund. Customer Service was stellar! This was one of the fastest most effortless and pleasant refund experiences for me! These days ~ that's a unicorn.
