Excellent Customer Service
I ordered Complete System for Mature Women's Skin from Froya Organics online. I had hoped that this balm system would work well for my mature and sensitive skin, but unfortunately it was not a good fit for me. So, I asked for the refund. Ale, one of the customer service agents responded warmly after I had sent email with the requested information, proceeded with a refund guarantee. Among lots of internet companies that makes refund process complicated and difficult, Froya Organics is fair and customer friendly. I ordered Complete System For Mature Hair & Scalp expecting they would work well for my scalp and hair.

The balms work fine
The balms work fine. I noticed that the day balm (orange) has some white crystals perhaps in it. Is this normal?

Hei! Yes, totally normal! Our day balm is made with natural ingredients, and sometimes those can form small crystals, especially with temperature changes. It doesn't affect the product at all, just warm it up between your fingers and it'll melt right in. If you ever have any questions like this, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. I am glowing ✨
I have lost count of how many people are telling me how well I look, have I been on holiday, where did I get my tan etc. The face creams are fab and they last ages because you hardly need to use any. Happy customer here

Product spillage in transit
I sent an email stating that my product spilled in transit. Not for a refund or a request for a replacement, just to bring attention to a possible defect. I was contacted back within hours. They apologized and stated they would send me a replacement. The interaction was pleasant

I ordered 3 products 3 weeks ago still…
I ordered 3 products 3 weeks ago still not received my order !! Tracked today they are still not even in the UK, I will comment on the products should I ever receive them , at the moment im not happy with this company at all

To be completely honest, I believe something may have happened along the way, as our parcels do not normally take this long to arrive. So understanding and helpful when it was me who accidentally broke a jar. Being able to explain the situation and getting a response right away was so meaningful. Love the products and now even more the company behind it
