Be aware of subscriptions.

The site itself was not very clear, that is to say I ended up being signed up for a monthly subscription I did not want, I cancelled as soon as I realised. But it was too late for their latest order to be cancelled, I asked if I could return it as soon as it arrived and they told me no. They do not refund subscriptions after cancellation. After a few more e mails they agreed to refund me the £110.00 they took from my bank account. I returned the order on May 27th, tracked postage through Royal Mail posted to the Netherlands. I’m still waiting. I’ve tried contacting them again but they seem to have gone silent. So be warned if you’re ordering from Froya Organics. The product was ok, very orange, difficult to use. Customer Service very poor, I’ve heard nothing from them with regards to whether or not they have received the items. Or whether I’ll get my money back. So now I’m £110.00 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
