Customer service was quick to respond and helpful -thank you ! I’m shocked at how well the eye cream has worked to fix the fine lines I was getting on one eye from side sleeping!

I truly love how well the Froya products work, but after a while, my skin started having a reaction (I tend to have this problem with many products). I thought I canceled my subscription, but apparently did not. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and allowed me to return my unopened order for a refund. They were kind and helpful through the whole process! I highly recommend their products!

Hi Janyne, thank you for being so open about this. Sorry to hear your skin reacted after a while, that's frustrating especially when it happens with so many products. Really glad customer service caught that the cancellation hadn't gone through and made it right by taking back the unopened order for a full refund. Kindness through the whole process matters a lot to us, so thank you for recognizing that. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Team was able to cancel an automatic order I didn’t need. Usually companies are too slow to help with this before it’s too late, so I’m very pleased Frøya was so responsive.

Thank you, Abby! So glad the team could cancel that automatic order in time for you. Being responsive before it's too late is exactly what we aim for, so this means a lot. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Love the product! - a little goes a long way- I find it moisturizing and it has definitely softened some bothersome lines and creases around my eyes and mouth-happy to see it is organic too ADDED BONUS- It helps me to sleep more soundly and longer than if I don't use it at night. Have you had that feedback from any other consumer?
Response from Froya OrganicsJul 17, 2026
Shari, so glad a little goes such a long way for you and that it's softening those lines and creases too. That's a great question about the sleep bonus, we haven't gotten a ton of feedback specifically on that, but it doesn't surprise me, the relaxing routine of applying it at night probably helps just as much as the ingredients themselves! Thanks for sharing that observation, it's a fun one. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
