Amazing Customer Service
JK is truly awesome! I’m so grateful for their kindness, prompt response, and willingness to go above and beyond. I had to cancel and order that was already in progress bc of life circumstances, and JK helped me by contacting the warehouse and doing everything in their power to help me. Thank you for amazing customer service, JK!!

The response was super speedy
The response was super speedy, and thoughtful. I appreciated the ease of contacting a real person who didn’t make a big deal out of my request. Unfortunately, my experience went down hill after that.

Decided to suspend all other skin care…
Decided to suspend all other skin care options , except for my favorite oil cleanser, while I use this system. So far I definitely see ann improvement in texture and hydration. That glow is no joke! I also am enjoying the firming I’m noticing. The undereye area is my greatest concern and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s possible by the time I finish that jar.

Amazing customer service 🥰❤️🥰I had forgotten to change the…
I had forgotten to change the pre-marked reorder button to every 10 weeks, so when my order confirmation came l was in a panic! I immediately reached out to customer support and was greeted warmly and helped immediately! 🥰❤️ Everything got worked out and my subscription was charged to every 10 weeks by the next day! It was amazing and friendly! 💕💖💕

This company has excellent customer service
This company has excellent customer service. One item was short on a recent order, and I contacted the company and they replied immediately. AND they took care of the shortage asap. I can't say enough about how efficiently and quickly they handled this. I can't wait to use the products. Thanks again. Laurie Kealing
