Our products are formulated to provide deep, long-lasting hydration, so they do have a richer texture than many conventional moisturizers. Skincare is also very personal, what works wonderfully for one person may not be the right fit for another, and that's completely understandable. We'd also like to reassure you that our intention was never to dismiss your concerns. The recommendation to wait 15–20 minutes before dressing or lying down is the guidance we provide because our Day Balm contains naturally pigmented ingredients, and only a very small amount is needed. Applying more than the recommended amount or allowing it to come into contact with fabrics before it has fully absorbed may cause yellow or orange staining.
