I did not manage to stop my acne but the team issued me a refund immediately. I actually loved the products and wished it had worked but I think mine is a hormonal problem. No doubt I will buy again though.

I strongly advise against purchasing Froya Organics products through Amazon. I paid $34 for their Glow Day Balm, which I never received. When I contacted them to request a replacement, they refused to resend the item. It appears there is a complicated arrangement where Froya Organics receives compensation from third-party sellers on Amazon, leading to a poor customer experience when issues arise. Potential buyers should be cautious about whether they are receiving the authentic product typically sold on the company's official website. It should not be this difficult for a consumer to receive a refund or resolution; the company's current fulfillment and customer service policies are highly disappointing.
