I'm rating my experience as a 3, only because the products caused a bad reaction and lots of itchiness. The customer service agent, Ale, that helped me was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation.
Response from Froya OrganicsJul 17, 2026
Hi Marianne, thank you for being honest about your experience. I'm really sorry to hear the products caused a reaction and itchiness, that's never what we want for your skin. I'm glad Ale was able to help and show some real care while sorting things out. If you haven't already, remember we do have a 60 day guarantee, so please reach out if you'd like to talk through options for a refund or exchange. We want you taken care of. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
