Knowing through the experience of using it for a couple years now I would not use any other product on my face. It is wonderful and I love how my skin feels when applying.

Hey Janet! A couple years in and still not wanting to use anything else, that's such a great sign. Thank you for sticking with us and for this lovely review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Product seems nice but one month after placing and order I got billed again and got a mail thanking about my order. I was confused what happened but apparently I did an accidental ”subscription” that includes ordering the same products monthly!! I probably succeedes to undo it hopefully but this made me go through like 20 steps asking the same question again and again before i managed to cancel that subscription… Not gonna order again

I'm loving the products so far, you really have to use a little of the day cream otherwise it is a little yellow. The company seem to be very well invested and I'm looking to carry on with them. Shampoo is also very good too!!!
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 22, 2026
Thank you so much! Good tip on using just a little of the day cream, that's exactly right. So glad you're loving the shampoo too, and that you're feeling confident sticking with us long term. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Purchased daily balm and it is a solid cream that needs to be melted on skin to apply, as the consistency is similar to wax based products. It is pretty greasy for the day use in my opinion and needs time to sink in the skin but still leaves a sticky feel. The buckthorn ingredient adds orange colour to it, which adds to the glow of the skin but you need to be aware that it can stain your clothing. Also found out that the company Norse Organics are not cruelty free, although the company claims that they are with no certification provided. The company name does not come up in Peta or any other cruelty free apps. For purely organic company, it is not acceptable, so will not repeat my purchase because of this.

Louise
When I emailed them about a delivery issue, they were very helpful and quick to fix everything! Thank you! I also really like that the products are natural and completely free of bad ingredients! However, it is a bit tricky with the subscriptions when you have more than one and they unfortunately have different intervals. Would be good to be able to decide for yourself which interval is suitable so that you can get all the different products delivered at the same time. While there are different options to choose from for how often you want the products delivered, the options differ between different categories and this makes it impossible to synchronize the deliveries. For my part, this means that I will opt out of certain products I would otherwise have liked to buy. Best regards, Louise Odö, Sweden

Hej Louise, thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! So glad we could fix that delivery issue quickly, and that the natural ingredients are landing well for you. Your point about syncing subscription intervals across different products is a really fair one, that kind of flexibility would make things so much easier. I'll make sure this feedback gets passed along to the team. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I have been using the product for about a week. My skin feels more hydrated, my acne has clearly decreased, and the scars have faded.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 22, 2026
Hey Nea! Only a week in and already more hydrated skin, less acne, and faded scars, that's such a strong start!! Thanks so much for sharing this. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
