I had a damaged product issue and sent an email to customer service for a replacement. I got an email response in less than 5 mins and a replacement is being shipped. Outstanding customer service. LS

I am so grateful I found Froya Organics! I suffer from scalp and facial psoriasis, and during flare-ups it often feels like nothing provides relief. These products have truly been life changing for my skin. They've helped soothe and support my skin in a way that other products haven't. I can't thank Froya Organics enough and highly recommend them to anyone struggling with sensitive skin conditions.

I canceled my subscription on July 12th (almost a month before the product was set to ship) and the next delivery date was August 11th. I emailed the company several times to cancel my subscription and not to send any product. I only received 'bot' and 'AI' replies to anything I emailed. I received the product on July 20th. I emailed and attempted to contact the company again and I was told a 'human' would help me but I never spoke with any person at all. The responses from Froya were not appropriate: 'you signed up for a subscription and we know we are right'. I emailed them the confirmation of my cancelation and next delivery date and they ignored it all and continued to state they were with in their rights to send me the product and bill me for it. I let them know I was disappointed in the billing practices and found them shady and I would be writing a negative review. If they want their hundred bucks so badly that they are willing to risk negative reviews on social media then so be it. Buyer Beware..... UPDATE: After multiple multiple emails and requests for information I was told they would offer me a 50% refund or I could ship the product back to them. Shipping it back takes precious time out of my day so I opted for the half off refund. I opened the box only to find the product opened and spilled everywhere. Now they want a photograph of the damaged product and box. Fine, let's see how long this takes now. Never buy from Froya, they will just keep finding excuses to not refund.
