Great company you can trust
I am writing this review to praise this company on their quick and efficient customer service. I purchased the set of facial creams and a scrub in June and have tried them off and on for the past month or so. I like the scrub okay, but find the face creams too greasy for me. I am not sure if maybe I signed up for a subscription, but as soon as I received an email about another shipment, I wrote the company and within 15 minutes received a reply telling me that had cancelled it for me. I really appreciate Ale and the way she handled my request so quickly. Great company that you can trust. Thank you Froya Organics!

So far I really like the products
So far I really like the products! Easy to use and I love the scrub! My skin feels so great after the scrub! I like that it takes very little product!! I’m hoping to to greater results at the end of 60 days

I could not find my order
I could not find my order and presumed it was not delivered. Within minutes of contact we were able to track the order and where/when it was delivered. Products tracked and skin feeling good for it! Excellent service thankyou

Good luck on trying to return anything…
Good luck on trying to return anything you buy. They make it nearly impossible. Returning is only accepted if you have not opened the box it comes in. If you take it out, look inside of it, thats a big no no. The product itself is every very expensive so good luck on getting your money back if you decide to return it for whatever reason.

At first I was put off by the chatbot…
At first I was put off by the chatbot but I realize it was a way to prioritize issues that needed a human response. Now that I know that is your system and a human replied so quickly, I won't be frustrated if I need to reach out to Support again. Maybe a banner or pop-up that briefly explains the process to Froya lovers would help make the transition easier.

I was so impressed at the speed and…
I was so impressed at the speed and friendliness of the response. Initially, I was put off because I received the wrong order, but I am so impressed with the speed and general spirit of amiability from the customer service department that I think I will keep giving your company a try.
