Super communicative with my request, let me know they were working on it even though it would take time they kept me informed along the way which is so nice!

I was thrilled to get friendly, immediate service in response to all my queries. Very impressed that ftoya obviously embraces customer service as a prioritised value.

First time we got a product cream that works as Froya said. Itching came to minimum for a long term situation of eczema. Most probably, we shall need it more. Looking at my granddaughter suffering and no sleep during many nights, I am grateful for every night that she sleeps calmly!
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hi Jasmina, this really touched me. I'm so glad the cream has brought the itching down for your granddaughter and given her some calm nights, that's exactly the kind of relief we hope for. Sending you both so much warmth, and we're here whenever you need more. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Love the way the nightly balm helps hydrate my 58 year old face. I look younger, healthier and fabulous!

Christy, this made me smile so much!! Younger, healthier, and fabulous is exactly the goal, so I'm thrilled the nightly balm is doing all that for you. Thanks so much for sharing this ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

the products are great. i have the day cream and night cream and they’re working wonders for my skin. my skin is less red, smoother, even toned, softer and has a dewy complexion. i have a glow that i’ve been trying to get from makeup for many years. i now use less makeup, no foundation for sure. i also was sent the wrong product originally and froya let me keep the product and the eye sent me the correct one immediately as soon as i told them about the issue. very good customer service. i wish they wouldn’t us AI for customer service but it was effective. i also really dislike their branding/marketing. it’s very cheesy and makes the whole experience feel cheesy because they use AI generated images. i wondered for a long time if froya was legitimate before i ordered because their marketing sucks and is ugly. great products though!

Hi Amanda, thank you for such an honest and detailed review! So glad the day and night cream are working these kinds of wonders for your skin, less redness, more glow, less makeup needed, that's amazing to hear. And glad our team got the correct product out to you fast when that mix up happened. Really appreciate the honest feedback on the AI support and our marketing too, that helps us improve. Glad you gave the products a shot despite the hesitation! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I’ve struggled with acne for so long and this is the simplest thing I’ve used that I keep using because it keeps working. I never would have thought oil on an oily skinned face but here we are a year in and it’s all I use.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hey Amaleah! Ha, oil on oily skin sounds backwards but it works so well for so many people, love that you gave it a shot. A full year in and it's still your go to says it all. Thanks so much for sticking with us and sharing this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Diane
I made an error on my order, and Froya Organics Customer Service took extra effort and care to correct my error before my order shipped. So many companies do not concern themselves with an issue for an individual customer. They were outstanding! They issued a refund immediately so I could order the correct items! Amazing.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hi Diane! We always want to catch things before they ship out, so I'm really glad our team caught that error and got you refunded fast so you could reorder correctly. Thanks so much for noticing the extra effort, that means a lot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
