Harriet
My item never arrived and the support person, Varinea was excellent in helping me resolve the situation. And I think their products are excellent and worth dealing with the delivery challenges. In case this ever happens to you... Just know that some of these delivery services mark the items as delivered, when they should say fulfilled, when they are not delivered and then it appears magically a week later.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 13, 2026
Hi Harriet, so sorry your item didn't show up when it should have, that delivery marking issue sounds really frustrating. Really glad Varinea got it resolved for you though, and thank you for still believing the products are worth it despite the hassle. We'll keep an eye on that carrier issue too. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I have been so impressed with Frøya products. I have always had combination skin & I wasn’t sure if I should get the acne system or something more formulated for my aging skin (44). I got both the night & day balm to start, used them for two weeks & then ordered the scrub & the eye balm (dark circles/bags). I have stopped using all other skincare products on my skin. The TEXTURE of my skin has improved greatly, starting to feel supple, which means when I want to wear a little makeup, it doesn’t just look like it’s sat on my skin, it blends the way it’s intended to. I have been on a skin journey, trying to find what would work best for a long time. I am VERY thankful I followed my curiosity on this one. Thank you, Froya Organics.

Allyson, thank you for such a detailed journey!! Texture improving to the point where makeup actually blends instead of sitting on top is such a specific, real sign of change. So glad the day and night balm combo worked for your combination skin, and that you're building out the routine with the scrub and eye balm now. Really appreciate you trusting us with something you'd been searching for a long time. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I ordered the Froya Organics kit that comes with day and night balm for face and under eyes. The feel of the product is really amazing. Since it contains clean ingredients, it doesn’t irritate my skin. My skin looks healthy and nourished. I couldn’t be happier. Also, I had a question about my subscription so I emailed customer service. Jason responded within 24hrs. He was kind, polite, and knowledgeable in answering my question. Because of the product ingredients and great customer service, I consider myself a loyal customer.

Customer service is absolutely beautiful, completely accommodating to your needs. I had received a same situation with another company with a subscription payment come out and it was almost a fight to get my money back. However with Frøya, the issue was handled amazingly and promptly with no issues at all. The products are absolutely beautiful as well!

Hi Emma! Really glad we could make that subscription situation easy for you, especially after having such a rough experience elsewhere. No one should have to fight for their own money back. Thank you for giving Frøya the chance, and so happy you love the products too! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
