Love to support team
I have been using Froya Organics products for about 2 weeks now, and really love how my skin feels and looks. When I had to reach out to support for a mistaken order, VN responded almost immediately and handled the process seamlessly (and I also work in customer support, so I was super impressed)! I was pleasantly surprised by the…
I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. It starts as AI (but like good AI) and then follows through with a real person. I like the product for sure, but the customer service making things right really hit it out of the park for me.

Absolutely amazing customer service …
I am a new customer with Froya and made my first order. I had a problem with what I had ordered and needed help. I contacted them and they were very fast and friendly and took care if it immediately. Their customer service is amazing. I will have no issues with being a regular customer!

I have tried three products from here…
I have tried three products from here and I love all of them. My favorite is the instant rosacea and redness. It has helped my skin level out and it is no longer burning, red and itchy. When I do have a bad skin day the cream immediately calms it down. I use the insane day glow during the day and no longer wear any kind of foundation. It makes my skin so Dewey and beautiful. At night I use the miracle wrinkle eraser. None of these make my skin break out or have any kind of negative reaction. They feel good, smell good and work.

Exceptional Customer Service
I have been using Froya's "Complete System For Mature Women's Skin" for about a year now. I love the way it makes my face feel hydrated and smooth with just a small amount of natural and pure product. I had a customer service issue recently, which was not Froya's fault, so I reached out to them hoping for some help. Once I got to the right department (through email) they were prompt, apologetic and very communicative. Everything was resolved quickly and easily. I am as impressed with their customer service and problem solving as I am with their superior products. Exceptional all around! - CB
