Bought the anti age & insane glow day balm. To use a sufficient amount to cover the face makes you look like an employee of Willy Wonka. I admit it seems a nice quality product but to avoid looking like an Oompa Loompa, I have reverted to my Korean balm & use a tiny amount of this on top for a bit of a glow, which defeats the purpose of using this as a balm. I would be cheaper sticking to my tinted moisturiser which doesn’t look orange & shiny. I’ll use the rest of the jar in tiny doses but won’t buy it again

Hi bex, thank you for the honest and detailed feedback, the Oompa Loompa comment made me laugh but I hear you on the frustration. A little should go a long way with the day balm, so if you're needing a lot to cover your face that's not quite right, and that's useful for us to know. I got an email notification that my latest froeya order had been taken - I didn't need everything in the order, so contacted Froeya to see if it could be amended before it shipped. Almost instantly, JK at the help centre sorted everything out in a very friendly and kind manner. I was very impressed indeed.

Very nice products, beautifully packaged but pricey. Hadn’t realised I’d signed into a subscription. Emailed to cancel & response was speedy, courteous & without fuss & subscription was cancelled. Except it wasn’t as another box arrived! As far as I know, now cancelled. However, would use again; creamy products, though, some tend to go gritty, not sure why & then difficult to use.
