The mature skin line unfortunately…
The mature skin line unfortunately didn't work for me, the eye balm caused irritation and the whole line was just too heavy. The customer service was excellent- I was refunded immediately (prior to the 60 days of use) when I sent an email explaining my problem. Would recommend giving froya a try especially if you have extremely dry skin.

Froya Newbie
Whilst my initial introduction to Froya and their policies around the return policy were very hard to find on the site, once I emailed them my concerns, it was attended to right away. I'm only two weeks in and I'll be sure to update this review at their 30 day deadline

I forgot I signed up for a subscription…
I forgot I signed up for a subscription plan. It was easy to cancel. Customer Support was great. I do like the products, but I didn't want to be on a subscription.

Next Level!
I LOVE these products and Froya’s customer service is next level. An agent named Angelika went above and beyond to catch my order that was shipping to my old address! In today’s world, anything positive helps, and I appreciate her communication and assistance in getting the items purchased to the correct location just in time. AND I’ll be using this forever until the sun explodes. My skin looks younger and more vibrant every day. Thanks again!! 🩷🩵🧡

The products are amazing
The products are amazing! I had some sun spots and they are slowly clearing up with the scrub and day/night treatment. Also I have the eye balm. Love the way my skin shines. I get asked a lot what I use cause my face is so shiny and smooth. 40 in oct

Fast Customer Service
I received an email confirming my order that was a subscription, but I wasn’t expecting it and wasn’t ready for it, so I emailed customer service right away, and they were able to get it canceled for me right away. I’m very happy with the products as well, I’m just going through them slower than I thought I would. - Kristin H.
