I sent a question in last night about my order arriving in 90+ degree heat and it was "liquid". Ale assured me it was fine up to 120 degrees and to just let it sit on the counter to solidify again. It seems silly, but I was convinced my product had not been delivered (because items usually are left on or near our front porch). I looked everywhere. No package. So when Ale recommended I check my mailbox (which has a slot which means most packages won’t fit) I was reluctant. Well, the package was there. Common sense, yes. And I’m grateful for the help today. I’m also obsessed with the Froya products: my skin has aged in reverse. I used to enjoy my other products, but I was bummed to use them now while I waited for this delivery.
