I understand that people are fearful about COVID19 but business transactions should not be affected this much. We are very satisfied with our signs installed except for our logo that was not connected properly so it is not lighting as it should. It was also very small... which may have been our fault but Front signs could have done a better job in providing their recommendations. We are still waiting for requested quotes for inserts and bigger logo sign. We were told that our refund of our un-utilized billed amount was going to be utilized for the cost of the insert signs.. It's been over 1.5 months and no one has communicated despite previous conversations.

Dear Emily, We appreciate your business, however, we would like to have fair reviews. We recommended a larger logo, however, you chose a smaller version due to budget restrictions. As a follow up, we sent you the new requested quotes a couple of days later, however, we never received any feedback from you.
