I worked with Miguel on our front sign. In the beginning, he was prompt and responsive. However, communication later became very inconsistent. On multiple occasions (at least five times), he said he would follow up but never did, even after I left messages. I had to keep calling just to get anything to move forward. The sign itself looks good overall, but there is a noticeable color discrepancy. The installer did not mention this issue at all, even though it was obvious at the time of installation. I have called multiple times since then and am still waiting for a response. Additionally, my card was processed without my permission. I wanted to review the final installation—especially since there were shortcomings—before making the final payment, and I also intended to use a different card. Despite this, the payment was processed. Miguel had to involve his manager, and resolving this has been unnecessarily difficult. At one point, Miguel told me to “keep doing what you’re doing,” which made me uncomfortable. I should not have to call repeatedly or mark my calendar to follow up when this should have been resolved with a single phone call.

Our installation appointment was set for a time. Day off we didn’t get a call til less than 30 mins before scheduled time to be updated that the installer was behind on another job and out appointment had been push back 6 hours. Once installer arrived he put up sign and damaged it in the process. Tried to fix but failed. We contacted customer care and was told that it would be fixed 9 Days letter. The hole is still in the sign just patched up. Definitely feel cheated.

We ran into issues with color approval, Front Signs did not seem to understand the importance of brand colors or have the knowledge to translate colors from various standards. We had an issue with pick-up, lack of communication from the account manager at Front Signs led to our owner driving hours to pick-up the van only to find out it was not ready. We also had issues with the final product being poor quality. The wrap on our van was bubbling and peeling from day one. Front Signs did manage to help resolve most of the issues above, but the experience has left me uninterested in working with them again.
