There was Inconsistency in the final work product. We had to settle with the product we received. There was excuses why they could not duplicate the original provided, even though they said they could.

Front signs did a fine job with all of the preplanning and designs of all of my decals on my windows. My big issue was with their punctuality and customer service during and after installation of my decals. First off, their window of installation they gave me was between 8AM-2PM. They didn’t arrive until 2:15PM. They didn’t call me to notify that they would arrive late. My employees had to leave when they arrived and no one could be at the office to supervise during installation. This left me with dealing with the workers through phone calls and text messages. I feel as though they rushed through installation as there were bubbles under the decals and they weren’t fully seated on the glass. The worker who was in contact with me through text was very nice and called me because he wanted to make sure the placement of one of my decals was correct. We spoke and confirming through pictures, he placed it accordingly to where I wanted it. Unfortunately, they did not double check all the decals that were placed on my windows. They placed the phone number on one of the windows in a spot that I didn’t want. When I asked if this could be moved, the person I’ve been talking to through the design process told me that that’s where I approved the design to be placed and I would be charged again for them to move it. I’ve used Front Signs for my big monument sign and they were great for that and I didn’t have any problems. I’m just disappointed I didn’t have the same experience as I did with my monument sign.

i liked the interaction and signing ordering process. when the install was completed there wer scratches and the sign cmponets were not level. they were loose scratches also on the sign when delivered/installed im sure they will fix it.

The staff was very kind but I thought I was being punked. $750 for a standard font and 4 inches high I get a charge for a rush job which I understand it’s splintered when I get it! There signs in metal and other custom items are gorgeous but the sign I asked for was not I just want a refund and happy to pay for the materials and time If I need a sign in the future I would use them but not a simple plywood sign

The window decals look great. Did mentioned to the tech about the bubbles he explained due to the sun it will bubble, but they should go away with time. Not sure, but I hope Front Signs does honor this. Miscommunication regarding when the tech would be done. Front Signs confirmed 8AM-11AM but by 10:45AM it looked like the techs had maybe an hour at the property and taking a break. I asked how long they said until 2pm. This was inconvenient since work is being planned according to the first time given had to cancel a few meetings. The techs were not done until 4:30PM giving me a 3-hour drive back home. Better communication between the office and the tech is a must. Mike did a great job handling everything else.

Working with the design team and capturing the logo, look and feel of the sign was amazing. Great service, great designs, professionalism outstanding. Installing the sign, a bit different. Wish I was on site to help guide. It's imperative that they use a laser leveler to ensure letters are straight and not slanted. After the Fact could cause a problem being drilled into the wall. Still waiting for them to come back to see how they can correct and straighten the sign. Hopefully a follow-up review to follow. Stayed tuned.

Seems like an added cost to the initial charge for wiring could have been anticipated up front, or added as a potential to the estimate. The cost for the wire and installation also seemed rather steep.

The mount that was provided does not fit with the signs that were provided. The signs is too large for the mount.
