The sinage is good My issue is the shipping cost !!! Lettering cost $45.00 Shipping cost $40 My boss is still asking me how can that be I asked customer service “ why was shipping so much?” I’m still waiting fir a response Bottom line “ I’m in trouble with the boss” I don’t recommend this company They had no response to my question about shipping costs NEVER AGAIN
Response from Front SignsAug 14, 2020
As we’ve discussed, there was a misunderstanding with the shipment. The price for delivery was $21 and the product cost was $68. We agree with your concern about the shipping cost being too high for such a small item. Unfortunately, the error was due to miscommunication and can’t be amended at this point because of the carrier. On our end, we would like to offer the best solution we can, which is a discount for your next order. Please feel free to contact us and we’ll do everything in our power to see you satisfied with our service.

Front Signs really helped me out this week. I needed a small order for a specific project, and Selda helped me figure out exactly what I needed and was super responsive in providing a quote. My order was filled quickly and they delivered exactly what I needed. Definitely will go to FS for future orders.

Not knowing where to start with having someone to make a vehicle wrap was something I did not expect..However, Ms. Selda was very patient and accommodating not to mention very professional. The quality of the product was perfect and eye catching thanks to her and your team. Thank you much and she deserves a raise!
