We ordered classroom signs for our school and what we received was drastically different than what we needed. Photos were provided of exactly the type of signage needed and what we received was very obviously not what the photos we sent looked like. Front Signs was unwilling to offer any sort of exchange or refund for our order or work with us in any way. As we are a nonprofit, early childhood education establishment, funds for projects like this do not come easily to us, so it was unfortunate that representative Jonathan could not provide us with any sort of reconciliation. Highly disappointed in this company and their willingness to rectify their mistakes.

Dear customer, Since every single review is important to us as a company, we reviewed this project with the associate that worked with you on this and we would like to clarify the actual situation. Our company provided you with a quote that clearly stated the dimensions and thicknesses based on your requirements and specifications. We understand that you did send photos of what you had previously, however, it's not possible to assume the thickness of a material based on a photograph. Additionally, we provided you with a visual proof that called out the sizing and the thickness and the order was only produced after your approval. The reason why a refund or a no cost reprint was not offered was because there was no error in the process on our part, otherwise, we would have offered you that option. We understand your frustration on this matter, however, we did our due diligence in making sure that everything was clear in our quote and proofs, so it's quite unfair to receive a negative review that does not present the facts as they are.
