Job searching...I have done that before...lol
First time in quite a while that I have had to job search. I have a lot of recruiters I am in touch with and spoken too. Heather Blackmore of Frontline Source Group stands out above the rest! She was the most professional of anyone I have met. The interview packet she attached, advice given after a phone interview and professional instruction was, to me, way above anyone else. I have been in the workforce for quite some time and already use those very practices but to give this advice to any individual is great. I have already shared it with my kids that are in earlier stages of the workforce so they know it's not just a one-sided viewpoint, it is the way of professionals. Thank you, Heather and Frontline Source Group for being out there to assist me with the job that I landed through you guys. You are great!!

Difficult start with Frontline, but happy with placement
While the people at Frontline are very nice, I had a difficultly getting call backs in the beginning. While I was told there was a negotiation for my requested hourly rate, based on the conversation I had with my contact, I'm not convinced there was any attempt to negotiate the hourly rate. I was not happy with my start, however, once I began the job, things ran smoothly. I get regular communication and I like my job placement.
