It has been such a discovery for me and never has e-mailing my clients and managing my e-mails been so easy / intuitive / smooth. I always had issues with other e-mailing tools which didn't make sense for me (the thread would get so confusing when fwd e-mails to many team members - almost impossible to understand, etc). Now everything is organic and I can collaborate with my team and colleagues easier by tagging them on e-mails as they come.
