I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Fresh trends over the years… I mainly buy nose rings or nose studs from them, but they are the absolute best quality and Customer service around! I have a metal Allergy and can only purchase high-quality gold or silver, this is my go to place. The Customer service is above and beyond the best of any company I have deal dealt with. They are so kind, a responsive, they have helped me with issues on my end and an issue on theirs as well with resolution and grace. I highly recommend this place and I continue to support them and Will for years to come. Highly suggest you give them a try! I love supporting good people and wonderful businesses and this is absolutely a combination of both.

Great range of styles and easy to order. Shipped to UK within 3 weeks of initial order and exactly as described. I would definitely buy from them again. There was a problem with the final delivery and they were helpful in sorting things with the courier who had delivered to the wrong address. Parcel was correctly addressed.

I received my nose ring and it was perfect. It’s not too big neither too small just nice fir my nose. I love how I can wear it everyday, even at work and not be conscious about it. Love it!

If I could give 10 stars I would ! I had an issue with my order(that was my fault the whole time) and it was prolonging and took forever to come in, I originally thought I had the correct size but I did not so like I said it was my fault lol. The customer service rep(Rob) that helped me was so patient and understanding! Even though I gave him a hard time he was still respectful and responded efficiently. This is a small Family business and they take quality customer service and quality products seriously. When my jewelry came in it was wrapped to preserve the sanitation and it fit perfectly! The quality is great and I’ll definitely be back to purchase more .
