Lana likes the food since I occasionally purchased it before getting an actual subscription, but chiclen shredded bag has mold so i discard that. Also, the expiration date on some of the bags is not clearly printed.

Jackson loves the food , I know that he is getting his vegetables. When he was on the dry food that the shelter fed him there was pieces he did not like and he would leave them on the floor with the Fresh Pet he eats it all.

Fast shipping. Nice variety of meal choices. Easy to use. We are using this as a topper right now and they really seem to like it.

I mix the freshpet food 50-50 with the kibble we always fed them and they really seem to enjoy the new change!

We have our order with Freshpet on a subscription basis. For the third time in a row Freshpet has failed to deliver the customer service to a tolerable level and left us having to use alternative dog food. The latest let down is that Freshpet do not know where our order is and can only offer a refund or a delivery next week! We have also struggled to have our concern escalated to management. We are now waiting for manager to return our latest phone call on the issue. P.S. The Freshpet fridge a our local Tesco supermarket is constantly empty.

Darla is an incredibly picky eater who would often eat half or an almost full dinner one day and skip dinner altogether the next day. Since getting Freshpet, she has eaten ALL of her food pretty much EVERY night :) She had never come to the kitchen before as I was preparing her food, but since switching to Freshpet, she has done that a few times. I am so happy! Thank you so much!

Excellent product, on time delivery, great customer service

Our dog is a very, very picky eater. She’s 5 and we have fed her rotisserie chicken that entire time. We ordered and received Fresh Pet exactly the way we hoped. We put a helping in her bowl and stood back to see her reaction. Instead of slinking up to her bowl, sniffing, and walking away - she ate it. You can’t imagine the joy and relief. She continues to eat it as soon as we feed her. Yippe!!!
