Although my 1 dog is a little allergy sensitive to the chicken. He has now a revised meal plan , but have noticed less shedding and less waste to pickup in the yard. Thats River. Now Apollo his brother also has less shedding and super excited about his meals now and more energy.

I've occasionally gotten Freshpet in the past and I knew Bailey loved it. We recently moved to a rural place so getting this delivered is a dream. I love knowing it's the best nutrition for my senior pup and he loves it so much.

Dolly is extremely picky eating but not with fresh pet. The only problem we are having is the bags are to large. We can only finish about half a bag in a week.
Response from FreshpetAug 19, 2026
Hi Jane, getting a picky pup’s stamp of approval is no small feat. We’re thrilled Dolly is digging in! Since the recipe is a bit too much for your dog to finish, you can feel free to freeze it in pre-portioned daily servings upon opening. When you're ready to use it, just thaw a portion overnight in the fridge for the next day's feeding. Keep in mind that the texture and moisture may change slightly after freezing, but the nutritional value stays the same. Hope this helps! 💚🐾

I love this dog food for my 18 year old chihuahua. He's has few teeth and requires medicine twice a day, fresh pet makes it easy to crush the meds and the delicious flavors mask the taste of the medicine for my picky Milo! It's more affordable than other refrigerated brands, which I also appreciate. Milo looks forward to mealtime every day! That makes me happy!

My dogs love Freshpet! When we are getting the food ready, they are already at their bowls ready to eat. The variety packs are great, they love them all.
