Shirts fit great and are comfortable but the shipping is slow, especially if you want to exchange something. Still a great product.

So when FCT came out, I was hooked right away. Great fit and most of all, a sturdy collar. Unfortunately FCT has changed their product and my last 10 shirts from them I can not wear because the collars are so poorly made, along with a thinner less durable cotton causing them to look completely stupid. Why? You had a great product with customers ( at least myself) that would’ve bought from you, ONLY. I sincerely hope the folks at FCT are actually reading these reviews, and then making a legitimate effort to remedy the complaints of the people that keep them in business. By that I mean, not another obvious automated response. Thanks

They gave me a fake tracking number for my package. I called fedex because the tracking number they gave turned up blank on their website and found out Fresh and clean threads had provided a tracking number with significantly more digits than fedex allows. Their live chat support is just a run around bot and their phone contact line is constantly busy leaving email as the only option to make this right.

Terrible company and terrible customer support! My order was missing a t-shirt. I contacted fresh clean threads and asked them to send me what I ordered. Instead, they processed a “partial refund” and when I reminded them that I just wanted the shirt, they said no. I couldn’t believe it. When I asked to escalate my complaint up the chain, the said they could not help me further. Terrible company! And the t shirts shrink a ton! I would never order here again.

After ordering shirts for my husband, I was disappointed when they shrunk. I am willing to buy larger sizes if needed, but after reaching out to customer service TWICE for guidance, I still haven't heard back. It may be easiest just return the shirts and purchase from a place that cares about my business.

Sizing is very inconsistent. Seems they just buy cheap stuff and slap their label on it. Ironically, the tags an my overpriced econo t-shirts all say true classics. Seems they rebranded when people found out their products were crap. No reason to believe they have changed at all.

Says you can return them online and I bought several long and short sleeve packs because of the good reviews on their website. When received they were too baggy and long so I wanted to return and they said because they gave me a 25% off promo that they were not returnable. It’s a promo it appears that’s part of their normal pricing strategy, so it’s their way of not accepting returns. Disappointed and won’t buy anything from them again. Note, they also responded to this review that they were going to 'contact me and make it right' which by the way never happened for those that see their response.

Very comfortable BUT collars droop after 2-3 hours. Bought 3 shirts, all the same. Feel good but look sloppy. Would not buy again.
