I am a returning customer. The Tees are great products but taking 4+ days for the items to even leave the origination facility is ridiculous. Don’t order these tees if you are in a hurry to get them. With the availability of so many different carriers these days Fresh Clean Threads can do better. Come on guys!!! Processes need to be reviewed and improved. UPDATE: I finally received my products 10 days after placing the order. The items were packaged appropriately and in good condition.

Love the tees, love the subscription service! However…after a few attempts and responses like “we’ll pass it on to our R&D department”, I still can’t get my subscription in Tall tees??? Seriously? Seems like an easy fix and adjustment to me!

First of all I want to say love the shirts I wish you guys made army green in different styles!! 2nd i really never have any complaints about you guys this time was a bit different on my last order the 2 white shirts I got seemed a bit stretched out especially around the neck area every other shirt I've gotten seem to fit me amazingly it's just the white shirts feel like all of them were yanked off a machine or some how stretched out not sure what happened will gladly send a picture of the ones I've gotten before compared to the ones I got

The products you sell are among the best I've ever purchased. Excellent fit, excellent materials. You get 5 stars for this. Ordering is another story. 1 star for this. Once again, I attempted to order more shirts and there's always a problem along with no personnel to call to assist over the phone. Once this problem is solved, I would be delighted to give you 5 stars.

I absolutely love your shirts, but they seem to have visible wear easily. I usually just buy more of them, but was wondering if there are any other solutions atm.

Returning customer. Great product but this is not the first time I’ve tried to order a color immediately after getting the email or text only to find out that color is not in stock. Why advertise is inventory is that low?? First Icicle. Then coral.

I enjoy the simple design, no logo, and comfort of most of the shirts, v neck and polo. Size fits my body style well. Unfortunately many items are out of stock in my size (L) often, forcing me to shop elsewhere. The membership club sends me unwanted colors that I don't wear , I toss them or use them as rags.
