Tried to purchase 2 shirts. Walked away from computer and got 6-7 texts and emails hounding me about not checking out. Eventually checked out trying to confirm the 25% discount they offered in exchange for email. System took me to a 3rd party site requiring me to sign up into a strange program that could eventually result in a rebate. I cancelled my input and decided to buy elsewhere. Their unrelenting ecommerce hounding and desperation for a sale regardless of intrusion on the customer is notable. Concern about them selling their customer data as well. Note that many users comment on this and other deceptive practices. Avoid them at all costs: honesty and transparency arent their strong points.

I would normally leave a five star review, however in recent weeks when ordering T-shirts, I’ve noticed that the quality is degraded. Primarily the black T-shirts, the material thinner and that is strong as some of the original T-shirts that I bought I have about 20 of the black T-shirts as a result of that, I only wear about eight or nine of them and the other 10 or 11 sitting in a drawer untouched. It’s because of that I have not bought anything in recent months. My only other piece of feedback would be to have some new colors out for some of the button-down stuff. I have most of those shirts and I really enjoy them same with the thermals. Thank you.

I bought a 3 Pack of Workout Mens Shirts - Quick Dry Causal Moisture Wicking Work Gym Athletic Short Sleeve. They are better shirts, for a 3rd of the price on Amazon,( $15). The fresh thread shirts wrinkle like a cotton shirt. They don't look as good or fit as well and shirts that cost 3 times less.

I am amending my review for fresh clean threads. After a little back-and-forth, fresh clean threads finally refunded me my purchase price. I will continue to order from them as they are a good company and mistakes do happen. I’m just happy that they were able to finally rectify it. Thank you trust pilot and fresh clean threads. I ordered a hoodie for my son who was going to be visiting us for his birthday. They delivered it to the wrong address for whatever reason. Then they sent me a new one that arrived long after my son ended his visit. I had to ship it at my expense. I’ve contacted them and they’ve offered me a 10% coupon which is a slap in the face to me doesn’t even cover the shipping that I had to pay. I had ordered quite a few things from them over the last few years. Not anymore.

The quality of the product has gone hill dramatically over the last few years. Cheaper material, the shirts don't hold up at all. Customer service will gaslight you (nicely) that your issues with the product are intentional. For example, a very obviously grey shirt 'just being how their black is on this style'. Nonsense.

While these shirts fit nicely and are ultra soft, the piling at the collar after two washes is ridiculous. I’m disappointed in the shirts and will not order from this company again

I have placed several orders with Fresh Clean Threads; tee shirts, shorts, polo shirts and tech pants. For first-timers, FCT website makes it nearly impossible not to sign up for a [recurring] 'membership'. Doing so discounts an order below the cost of a '12-month FCT membership' than without signing up for it. Membership has minimal restricted discounts, shipping, sales, etc.. Membership might be beneficial if placing orders regularly. My complaint is that they seem to be always out of my size in a few items, except for t-shirts and less popular attire with limited design and functionality. Waiting for my size to become available has been a persistent problem, I've checked periodically for months. Common business sense would be to immediately stock and increase production on sizes that are sold out/selling out. Isn't anyone at FCT concerned about the loss of sales? What good is a membership when they are always out of what I need? Many people forget to cancel or would rather avoid the red tape of trying to get a refund after the charge is discovered. This legal scam works because people forget to cancel in time to figure out the combination to canceling or getting a refund. Like so many memberships, it is difficult and confusing to cancel or deactivate. The membership 'house' always comes out ahead, we just don't know how much.... I have no issues with FCT products. I have an issue not be able to benefit the perks of my membership because the check boxes for my sizes remain 'slashed' and 'grayed-out'. Nothing has changed for months. If you are a small or 'regular' size and use clothing as disposable, this place is for you. For me, my patience has runout. I have a lifetime supply of FCT shirts, I can't wait any longer nor will I pay for another year of membership just to get a minimal discount for the pants I need that may never get restocked again. Time to look elsewhere.
