Normally I order these products through Sephora but recently they had a sale so I figured I’d order from the website. Worst mistake ever. They not only put my billing address as my shipping address when I had to type in my shipping address separately but it also was delivered to the wrong house and I know this cause there is a photo. I messaged support and was told I had to go through my financial institution and that they don’t issue refunds or replacements for things marked delivered. They still delivered it to the wrong address. We even found the house and tried to ask for the package but the people inside wouldn’t open the door. INSANE! I’ll never order from them, use Sephora or Ulta if you have to use their products. I’ll be skipping them from now on.

Love the products, hate the company. My order was marked delivered but never arrived. No photo, no signature, nothing. Instead of fixing it, Fresh basically shrugged and told me to go dispute the charge myself. That got denied too, because guess what, it was “marked delivered.” So I’m out the money with no product, and a luxury brand charging these prices can’t be bothered to stand behind its own orders.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered two perfumes and, according to my confirmation email, they were due to arrive today. A week later, the actual items I paid for have still not been dispatched, yet I’ve already received unsolicited free samples and a promotional bag that I neither wanted nor ordered. When I tried to cancel, I was told this was no longer possible because part of the order had been dispatched. I’m now expected to wait for the unwanted items to arrive and return them, creating unnecessary admin and waste. There is also no phone number or way to speak to someone directly. Customer service is handled entirely by AI, which makes resolving even a simple issue incredibly frustrating. Very poor experience. I ordered two perfumes, not a collection of unwanted freebies and a lot of unnecessary hassle.

I love the product but DO NOT order from this company! Delivery address went out wrong the first, contact Fresh was told they would send me a replacement order. Great! The day UPS was to deliver the order was returned to sender due to undeliverable name??? Now I wait 7 to 14 days for refund!

I placed an order through the website using a credit card. I used the wrong CVV code and received a confirmation from Fresh but a rejection notice from my credit card. Called Fresh and was told that the order would not process. A few days later, I received a notice that the order has shipped and see the charge on my card. I called the credit card company and they informed me that there were 2 attempts to process that order. Since I only have 1 confirmation, it appears Fresh re-ran the charge without the code. To add insult to injury, they've agreed to process a return but as a one time courtesy. This means I have to pay to print the label AND drive to drop it off for the return. Then I have to wait a couple of weeks for the return credit. Very poor and uninformed customer service.

I noticed their rose cream while hydrating gave me acne. They said they’d refund me, they emailed me a return label. A couple of weeks after i sent it back to them they ask me for the sku numbers at the bottom of the creams and a picture of the packing slip that apparently needed to go in the box. I let them know that it’s a bit late to be requesting that. A couple of days later they did refund me

Hi if I could give a 0 I would. Let me start with tje customer service rep.. I can tell you hands down O would NOT EMPLOY HER. She is rude with her one word answers as if she is laughing in your face. Now to tje major problem I bought product during BLACK FRIDAY against my better judgement as companies like to get rid of their old stock but I took a chance. When my product arrived I CHECKED THE BATCH CODE STAMPED ON THE BOX. I would have to use it right away or it would expire. I decided to call them they were not happy they said I could return it at my OWN EXPENSE. They have had thr product since November and everytime I call THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAYS WE CAN NOT PROMISE WHAT YEAR YOU WILL BE SHIPPED OUT. I asked when will I get my product? SHE REPLIED "I DON'T KNOW I WILL PASS IT ON TO THE TEAM:. I followed up with several emails and no response . I called again I got her and she said the sane thing I don't know. I said I WANT A MANAGER AND LET THEM KNOW I AN GOING TO SOCIAL MEDIA. I left a Google review . I just called again I got the same rep we will let you know when we are shipping out because of the busy Christmas season. I PAID FOR MY ORDER IN NOVEMBER. I WANTED THE MANGER SHE SAID NO . WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER TO A MANAGER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I DON'T GET MY PRODUCT I AM GOING TO THEIR LOCATION.

Get promotion information and I just bought a Destination Hydration Set, saying 25% off of gift set, at GBP46.5 on 14 Dec 2025. In five days, received email on 19 Dec 2025 about Winter Sales and it was reduced to GBP37.2. Now it is still before X'mas. I felt cheated. I will avoid buying from this website again.
