I love fresh! I always order the soy cleanser and the rose face cream. I use the cleanser morning and evening and it takes off my makeup with just one use! The rose cream I use as a night moisturiser because it is so thick and creamy. Deliveries always arrive on time and I love the freebies! Will always continue to use

I order from Fresh every year at Christmas time to take advantage or their fantastic free gift offers (which are amazing). My orders have always come perfectly packed and within no more than 3 days from ordering which is unheard of during the busiest shopping season of the year! I love their products and the Lotus range is so good! (UK customer)

Great deal, had 7 free samples in Christmas countdown. Beautiful complimentary gift wrap. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Very pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful products too, had a complimentary facial before from fresh in Harrods beauty, my skin was glowing afterwards. Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.

Surprised to see the bad reviews but I didn’t have to use customer service at all throughout my order process as didn’t have any issues. I ordered a gift for my sister, all items arrived quickly, were as described and well packaged. Came beautifully gift boxed with a gift note as requested. My sister is really happy with all of the products and her skin has improved and is looking really clear and glowy!
