FrenchiestoreReviews of frenchiestore.com

I absolutely love all their stuff and so does our frenchies. I will definitely be a long term costumer. I had a mix up with my order and their team responded quickly to correct it without any issues. I always recommend the Frenchiestore!

Never received my package and was charged. Sent two emails and still no response.

I received a size health harness in a wrong size, sent a message advising them and received no response whatsoever. I ordered an XL and received a L, which is too small for my Frenchie boy. Not impressed!

ordering was super easy, shipping was quick, and the item was very cute.

I purchased a dog leash and two dog harnesses. I returned the two dog harnesses and sent them back to the address listed on the invoice, requesting one size larger. That was on September 25th through UPS. I have sent multiple emails asking where my items are, no response back to this date, October 23, 2021. Poor, poor customer service. Why have an email address if you don't respond to it????

I got my Cosmo the pumpkin spice harness. Not only is it super cute, the quality and fit are by far superior to anything I’ve gotten elsewhere. Will definitely be buying more.

The only frenchie harnesses we own in this house! Such great quality and customer service was exceptional!

Love love the frenchiestore, excellent quality, selection and super fast delivery. Would highly recommend.
