EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Unmatched. I receiced my order (1 strap harness, 1 comfort harness, 2 leashes) and there was an issue with one of the buckles on the strap harness. Customer service was quick to reply, friendly, and issued a replacement with no hassles. I did provide a video of the issue with the buckle for proof, but they were incredible. They also told me to donate the harness to a rescue or shelter instead of sending it back. I can't possibly say enough good things about a company with values like these. Taking care of dogs, the community, and of course their customers. On top of that, the products are gorgeous and wonderful quality.

I ordered and paid for a large ice cream Pajamas and in the package was the slip and an eyeliner. Emailed many times with no response. All I want are the pajamas I ordered for over 40 dollars.
