The material used for these pajamas have hardly any stretch so I had to order one size bigger because the first ones weren’t long enough from neck to tail. The ones in the bigger size that I just received are too long in the legs so I have to roll them up and my French bulldog is taller than most. Plus they are shipped from China and it takes a long time to get them.

I did the measurements to ensure correct fit. When I received it, his head wouldn't fit the hole. I had even measured one that I currently had from same store to ensure same fit. Return took too long. When they didn't have the one I asked for as a replacement, I told them which I would take in its place. They answered back A WEEK later with ok, we'll ship it out. Really? A week to answer an email. I had told them my urgency in getting this harness, for a trip coming up. That didn't matter. It arrived too late. And once the head hole fit, now the waiste band was too big. Very dissapointing. And I have a small Frenchie compared to my other. The extra large now fit his head but my tiny 19 pound dog, his waiste band was too big

I was really looking for the harness that doesn’t have the other hardware. Makes it heavy for my dog. A bit bulky.

Sizing is off and quality of fabric, low - especially considering price and this is a Frenchie store. Quick reply from customer service.

The smell of the fabric is terrible and after 3 washes it still smells so bad that I can’t keep it in the house. I’ve tried adding a little bleach and borax and it still has a bad smell.

One of the sweaters was torn when arrived.

I received a size health harness in a wrong size, sent a message advising them and received no response whatsoever. I ordered an XL and received a L, which is too small for my Frenchie boy. Not impressed!

The harness was too small and when I emailed asking how to exchange it for a size larger, I never received a response. The only directions on the receipt is to send it to a facility for a refund or exchange. But no information on how to note which you’d prefer.
