I am so impressed with Freight Pros team that I worked with in July for some key shipments for my growing business. One of the truckloads had problem after problem --Freight Pros helped me resolve the problems (none of them had anything to do with freight) and kept me in the loop through it all. Could not say enough nice things. You can tell what TRUE service is when there is a problem to be solved. Will keep using this great group.

If you are a business owner in need of shipping services don't use this one! Very rude and to be honest they don't care about you the customer! I had a very bad experience working with them. If I was the owner of this company I would be firing a few! There are plenty other shipping brokers out there that will treat you right .... Just search for them ! If you like children handling your business then give freight pros a try! Protect your money stay clear of freight pros !

I have thoroughly reviewed the history of your account and feel that the decision to discontinue business from our end with your company was completely appropriate. We do our best to find companies that will benefit from the services we provide and hopefully over time, develop a true partnership with those businesses. Promised that using Freight Pros would increase my customer satisfaction, and reduce my cost. Then orders were mis classed, economy carriers were removed. After 2 weeks we will use them, but not as a full service or exclusive provider as we were considering.

Rob, We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us. We work hard as a team to form partnerships with our customers that will be mutually beneficial. However, there are times where we are not the best fit to fulfill your shipping needs. If there ever is an issue with our pricing or services that we provide, we will do our best to resolve them so our customers will have a positive experience. Customized shipping solutions are a part of the services that we offer. When there are carriers that do not perform well or represent us appropriately in any particular region, we will remove them from our customer’s account to avoid extended service delays or ongoing issues involving claims and damage. We want to only utilize carriers that will be appropriate for the particular shipment and will not result in ongoing issues. This is necessary as we keep our customer’s satisfaction a priority. Unfortunately problems do come up with all carriers in this industry. We do everything we can to resolve all issues on your behalf so you don’t have to spend the time doing so. I was a first time user of Freight Pros and could not have been more satisfied. No matter who I talked to I received prompt courteous service. Extremely helpful and accommodating! And I believe they found me the most competitive price for shipping. I will use their service again!
