Ok Fine
All & all very good & easy, Shipping truck company loaded pallet wrong way & was very hard to get out of the truck. shipping company made it simple & easy.

Charged for services with out authorization
We used a personal account to pay for shipping. It was for a one time use.. For a prior shipment additional charges occurred. Without permission or knowledge the personal account that was used on another occasion received the Additional charge for a shipment that was done prior. It caused conflict and issues within our company. Not satisfied at all.. We are actively looking for another shipping company... This is the second time something like this happend

Fast, Accurate and Economical!
I needed to bring in a LTL shipment from another state and I had never set one up before. Sent out 6 different feelers for quotes online, and a few by phone message. Not only was FreightPros the first one to respond back they were almost $250 cheaper than the next quote! (Which came in almost an hour later.) A few more emails back and forth and my shipment was scheduled for pickup the next day and the third party had the BOL (furnished by FreightPros) ready for the driver. Within 3 days from the start of the process my pallet was dropped at my warehouse. I will definitely use FreightPros again!

Start to finsih, this was an excellent transaction and successful shipment
FreightPros consultant Leanne Agee was knowledgeable and efficient. She gave us instructions and all paperwork necessary to complete the shipment. We shipped a large pallet from Dallas to Boston which included may fragile items and it arrived in perfect condition and on time. At the Boston end, we were able to coordinate delivery to facilitate the recipients schedule. Excellent Transaction, we will use FreighPros again for future shipments.

Good Service, great price.
Ive shipped multiple times with no problems from freightpros, the only problems i have had are carrier related losing bills of lading which is no fault of this freight broker. Would recommend FreightPros highly for customer service, ease of use, helpfulness in the shipping process for LTL freight. A+

So easy to use!
From the moment I put through a quote request, to my shipment being picked up, it couldn't have been any easier. My rep Evan does all the work, all I have to do is say where to pick up and who to deliver to . The on line site is easy to use to book shipments and track them.
