We used a personal account to pay for shipping. It was for a one time use.. For a prior shipment additional charges occurred. Without permission or knowledge the personal account that was used on another occasion received the Additional charge for a shipment that was done prior. It caused conflict and issues within our company. Not satisfied at all.. We are actively looking for another shipping company... This is the second time something like this happend

They were ok kinda pricey

1. Pickup was one day late. 2. Shipment was handled by a freight company not listed on the BOL. 3. Shipment went to a different terminal from the one on the BOL. This terminal was over 2 hours from my location. FreightPros resolved this, but it took over a week. 4. What was supposed to be a 2-day transfer (FL to VA) took over 2 weeks. FreightPros was reasonably responsive in resolving the problem, but I think in the future, I'll just pick a single trucking company, rather than go through a broker.

I have used FreightPros twice and on both occassions I had to follow up. First time, why the product did not deliver yet, and on the 2nd, why something was not picked up when advised that it would. I work in customer service as well and we strive on keeping our customer's updated rather than our customer's advising us to what is going on. I recommend you always follow through to make sure things are getting picked up when they are suppose to and keep track of the delivery of the orders so you can make your customer's aware that things are not going as estimated. I think you should always confirm the deliveries and even give your customer's good news that things are going as planned. I will continue to use FreightPros and see how things go but if constant follow up continues, unfortunately, I will having to seek another party.
