Freight Gene has been a top partner in helping us grow our brokerage. The team of marketers callers AI consistently brings us shippers with volume which is all we've asked for. Just keep open communication with them that helped us over some early speedbumps. Overall I would recommend 100%

They are fraudulent vendors that has rendered services from us and chargebacked over $25,000 in charges. I would stay away from remotely being in business with them. Unethical business practices that doesn't deserve as single dollar in business! To give you some context: They became our customer sometime last year, and has brought in their customer accounts to service meetings with AI. All is well for first few months, and they continued to upgrade. When we work with a network of customers like that, we don't promise number of meetings per customer (their customer) as we don't control what they sell, but as a whole how many meetings we get them as a business as they buy #of mailboxes for engagement. After using up all the data, and us delivering promised meetings (cumulative across all the accounts), they issued a charge back for $25k over 3-4 months where they could've simply paused their campaigns. But they wanted to abuse our service and chargeback. It has created a massive damage to us as we lost a lot of money out of their incompetent customer promises/practices.

Unfortunately, we encountered what we believe to be unethical business practices, zero execution, and false promises which led to dissatisfaction among many of our clients. We take our clients results very seriously. After gathering and presenting evidence to our legal team and bank, the case was ruled in our favor. It's disappointing that this situation unfolded in this manner, and we hope Ravi can reflect on the way his company is being run.

Freight Genie gave us a roadmap for scaling our heavy haul brokerage. Previously, we relied on calls and emails, which took a toll on our sales team. Their marketing channels, AI, and lead generator expertise brought in shippers specifically looking for heavy haul, adding an extra 100 loads with contracted rates from a key shipper we were targeting but couldn’t do so without the assistance from Freight Genie! It’s definitely working for us, will continue using.

I am the CEO of ANOBLE Logistics~ I used Freight Genie Previously and they were great until January of 2024~ Then their services fell apart~ I have told them to take my positive testimonials and videos down. They have not~~ I just don’t want to misinform about a company that is no longer good~~

SPAM…worst I’ve experienced! I always get a good laugh when an email states: “We’ll get you to the right decision makers every time”, yet they are prospecting me and I’m not the right decision maker! Not a good representation. Additionally, Anthony Natale; CEO Freight Genie uses some Kalendar.AI program that generates a new email extension every time to bypass junk/spam/blocked contact folders. I have added his name, email, company…etc many, many times, yet I keep getting these emails over and over every week for several months now. Today being the latest…new email address received is: freightgenie kalndrai1501 (left out at sign at first blank which has Anthony’s name as the sender. I’ve spoken with my coworkers in the same role, and they get the same email spam from the same person/company. Even if I were the right decision maker; due this companies abuse of unethical attempts at communication, I would never work with them as it displays poor tactics and zero business ethics! From reading some of their responses to other 1 Star reviews, they constantly say they adhere to Googles Spam and Communication guidelines. I don’t use Google…but I am interested how to get this type of pursuit to stop!

After working with the Freight Genie team for two months, I can say that the team is an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service and communication from them is on the leading edge. The team is excellent at providing high-quality leads and booking meetings on my calendar. Moreover, they make sure the lead is on the call so that I don’t waste any time waiting on a potential no-show. If the lead has a conflict, the team automatically reschedules the call and lets me know it’s been moved. In addition, they send me information on each prospective client before the first meeting, which helps reduce the amount of time I spend educating myself on the leads. Finally, the prospective clients they have put in front of me to date all have real shipping needs and/or are looking to improve upon one of the services that I provide. After only two months, the Freight Genie team has started filling up my calendar with the meetings they’ve booked, and I’ve signed multiple new clients already. I’m excited to see the growth after a few more months!
