If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Freight Genie delivered exactly the number of prospects we agreed on, and they consistently go above and beyond my expectations. They’ve been incredibly easy to work with, and it’s clear that they truly care—not just about what they do, but about my business as well.
In my industry, working on my own means wearing many hats, and sales has always been the area I’ve struggled with most. Freight Genie filled that role perfectly for me. I can definitely see myself working with them for a long time to come.

Did not fulfill their contract
Did not fulfill their contract. We never got the full amount of leads we were contracted with them. When the contract ran out they wanted more money to provide the leads we were supposed to get. Most of your meeting cancel as well or rescheduled multiple times.

We hate 1-star experiences. When a customer does not win, we do not either. Here is the truth, with receipts.
On the comment that we “wanted more money,” our program includes a Minimum Meetings Guarantee. If the minimum is not hit by term end, we keep working at no cost until you get the agreed meetings. That is what we did. You left before having a single dialogue, and did not answer our phone calls when we tried to reach out. We have call logs showing that. We do not charge extra to finish contracted delivery. That is a service guarantee: we work free until the outcome is achieved. Simple fact.
On “did not fulfill their contract” and lead count, every lead and meeting is tracked with time-stamped logs. We will share your delivery report privately so facts decide, not feelings. Proof is data that supports claims, and we show the numbers and how we collected them. It was being fulfilled, and you pulled the plug without dialogue.
On “most of your meetings as well or rescheduled,” in outbound B2B, reschedules happen. No one controls a shipper’s day. What matters is recovery. Our last 90 days show that 90 percent of canceled meetings were rescheduled and completed. That is why we judge performance on completed shows plus reschedules, not just a single calendar event. We will share the raw data on request. If you have the expectation of not experiencing reschedules, respectfully, sales is not for you.

We struggled at first with freight…
We struggled at first with freight genie. In the first 4 months of our partnership we closed 0 accounts and had maybe 4 meetings a motnh. It was very frustraiting. We were repeatedly told to give it time, let the team execute let the AI reach a significant amount of people. Well in the last month of our plan, we were able to secure a shipper doing 100K freight spend a month and it has totally changed our business! We were about to not renew but they saed us at the bell. It comes down to communication, customer service every time we voiced a concern they were and trying new strategies to get us better results. We felt we were on the same page with them. I'm glad we stayed the course.

We have been with Freight Genie for over 5 years. We were with them when they came out with their AI and were one of their first trial clients. I have to say the leadership at this company is second to none I've partnered with in the past. They continue to evolve and adapt with the latest tech and we feel like we've found a life time partner for sales, marketing and tech. We have not closed every single meeting or lead they have given us but thats on us, they continue to provide the right prospects for us to serve. I have worked with other agencies
I have worked with other agencies, other crms and tools some very expensive, and every single one has promised that I'll be swimming in leads. None have delivered. The problem with most agencies is that they don't know how create a plan for transportation companies. The problem with these tool is that it takes wayy to long to understand and use correctly and produces weak results. Freight genie has found something here because they combine agency systems and use all these tools on the market and do it all for you. I'm no rocket scientist but accessing that vs buying them all myself is the best outcome + they execute it for you.
