Product was not delivered. Company told me basically to accept a credit (50% value of the item I purchased that was not delivered) and deal with the courier company - of whom I am not a customer, they are - myself. Avoid at all costs - either for their own customer service or the couriers they choose to use, who also dont respond to communications. I would highly recommend. These are very comfortable and they keep you nice and warm.

Their constant updates and notifications regarding my package made the waiting process fell a lot more trustworthy. My order was beautifully organised and in top condition, no damage at all. Would purchase from this company again. :)

I bought 3 for my son and 2 grandkids.all loved them. All suffer with anxiety. Best gift I've bought for a while.

The product arrived very quickly after I ordered it, and ordering it was easy. The robe is squishy and soft! It's too hot to start using it now, but I look forward to snuggling in it this fall.
